Amplexor speaks at Association of Lithuanian Translation Companies' 5th annual conference

Amplexor was present at the Association of Lithuanian Translation Companies' fifth annual conference, which took place on October 28 in Vilnius, Lithuania, under the motto "Grow your business. Grow your team". The event was aimed at language service providers primarily in the Baltic states, and focused on challenges and opportunities for small and middle-sized LSPs within the industry. 

For the first time the conference had an international character with renowned speakers from foreign countries and numerous participants from the neighbouring countries.

Sņežana Kondrašova, Vendor Manager at Amplexor Latvia, represented Amplexor at the event and gave a presentation entitled "Keeping freelancers motivated: mission (im)possible?".

The event was a great opportunity to meet colleagues from the neighbouring countries, find new partners and customers, and to discuss similarities and differences of the language industry markets of different countries.
