Amplexor is about to start their annual career roadshow in Belgium. Throughout March, our recruitment team will attend job fairs and company presentations at universities and colleges across the country with the goal of meeting qualified candidates to fill several open IT entry-level positions at our Leuven and Ghent offices.
Attracting young talent in technology is a top priority for us as it contributes to the continuous growth strategy of our organization. Interacting with potential collaborators face to face is a critical part of the recruitment process. “The fairs in Belgium are traditionally a great place to put the word out that we are looking for young talent to join our team” says Sofie Vanderstichele, IT Recruiter at Amplexor.

Amplexor’s recruitment team plans to visit three universities and colleges in Belgium in the next few weeks, networking with numerous graduate and undergraduate students who are expected to attend the job fairs.
