Amplexor included in GALA’s Best of 2016: Top Localization and Translation Content
January 27, 2017
The Globalization and Localization Association (GALA) has announced that “Crowd, Cloud and Collaboration: Goodbye Quality Process?”, written by one of Amplexor's Language Services experts and published in the Association's online platform for information-sharing earlier in November 2016, was selected for GALA’s Best of 2016: Top Localization and Translation Content.
The ranking is composed by the most read content items on GALA's website during 2016, based on pageviews.
“Crowd, Cloud and Collaboration: Goodbye Quality Process?” discusses how the paradigm is changing for translation management.
According to Ruth Duersch, Communications Manager at GALA, «the authors' efforts allow the Association to promote noteworthy industry trends and highlight key practices and methodologies that are important to other professionals. GALA is grateful for contributors' willingness to share and lift the industry as a whole.»
Amplexor has been a member of GALA since 2011 and accepts the recognition of the company’s know-how and expertise in providing state-of-the-art language services. Earlier last year, Amplexor was also ranked the 9th largest language services provider (LSP) in the world by the independent market research firm Common Sense Advisory (CSA Research).
The Globalization and Localization Association (GALA) is the world's leading trade association and voice for the language industry and the primary resource for the language enterprise.
