AMPLEXOR is pleased to announce two new sales executives to lead business development across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Allison McDougall was appointed Senior Vice President of Global Sales, based in Westminster, Colorado, United States. The localization industry veteran is joined by Dagny Koch, new Vice President Sales DACH/CEE, based in Berlin, Germany. Allison and Dagny joined AMPLEXOR in January, bringing decades of experience in global content and digital marketing to the organization.
These two new additions underscore the company’s commitment to drive growth and deliver innovative content and language solutions across the globe. Welcoming the new executives to the team, Mark Evenepoel, CEO, highlights their industry expertise and customer focus. “I am delighted to welcome Allison and Dagny as we expand our service offerings to meet evolving market demands. Allison McDougall comes to AMPLEXOR with over two decades as a sales leader for prominent language solutions providers, where she drove double-digit growth in dynamic, publicly-traded environments. Additionally, McDougall serves on the Board of Women in Localization, a 5,000-member, global, non-profit organization whose mission is to foster a global community for the advancement of women and the localization industry. She was also the first agency-side President for Women in Localization in 2017.

Dagny Koch is well known in the digital marketing industry, where she has held various commercial leadership roles. Most recently, Dagny served as Vice President of Partner Development for Searchmetrics, a leader in search experience optimization, where she was instrumental in expanding the customer base, deepening the expertise of the sales team and successfully supporting respected brands such as Volkswagen, Viessman and Condor Airlines to increase their online revenue.
With 10+ years' in top earning sales and partner development positions, Dagny brings a combination of vision, experience and technical depth in content technologies and services to the AMPLEXOR sales organization. “I am impressed with everyone’s enthusiasm, vast expertise and an environment that breeds healthy competition.
