Euroclear aims to improve client and external stakeholders’ communication enabled by digital tools. Our strategy to launch a new marketing automation tool mid-2018 coincided with the coming of GDPR on 25 May.
Running both projects in parallel was difficult at first glance. We took up the challenge and turned it into an opportunity by leveraging the capabilities of Adobe Campaign to improve our marketing approach and the quality of the personal data.

Ann Dewilde has been pushing the boundaries to transform digital experience on our public website (www.euroclear.com) and client portal (MyEuroclear).
She redesigned the web/mobile experience, connected it seamlessly with social media channels and the marketing automation tool by taking a customer-centric approach.
Ann has been leading a global project to ensure our digital marketing and communication channels are GDPR ready. An has been active in digital channel and website management for over 15 years. 

Damien Dewitte, VP Digital Experience at Amplexor
For the past 20 years, Damien Dewitte has been helping companies across industries worldwide to break technical barriers and excel in their digital initiatives. As Digital Experience VP at AMPLEXOR, and co-founder of AMPLEXOR Belgium, Damien focuses on a no-nonsense consulting approach to drive innovation in Enterprise Content Management (Web Content Management, Document Management and Collaboration).  Leading a team of digital enthusiasts, he believes unique businesses deserve unique strategies and is responsible for the excellence of the customer experience and digital transformation portfolio.

Dan Britcher, Industry Strategy Manager at Adobe
As Adobe's EMEA Lead for the Media & Entertainment Industry, Dan Britcher brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development and product strategy across technology, publishing, broadcasting and digital media industries. Prior to joining Adobe, Dan held executive positions at Time Warner, Guardian Media Group, Brightcove and Yahoo, where he was responsible for the integrations of Flickr, Eurosport and Bebo post-acquisition. He has also managed large media industry relationships including BBC, ITV, ProSiebensat, MailOnline, BT, NewsCorp, MailOnline and the Financial Times.
