Euroclear aims to improve client and external stakeholders’ communication enabled by digital tools. Our strategy to launch a new marketing automation tool mid-2018 coincided with the coming of GDPR on 25 May.
Running both projects in parallel was difficult at first glance. We took up the challenge and turned it into an opportunity by leveraging the capabilities of Adobe Campaign to improve our marketing approach and the quality of the personal data.
