Amplexor will host its 4th Adobe Experience Manager developer bootcamp next February. The program runs through 4 weeks and aims to get all new recruits up to speed on implementation workflows as well as techniques to manage the end-to-end deployment of AEM projects.
“The developer bootcamp has proven itself over time, confirming that having a good balance of skills is essential to continue excelling in the delivery of innovative Adobe solutions”, explains Damien Dewitte, VP Digital Experience at Amplexor. The program includes classroom training and hands on project simulation replicating real life customer scenarios.
During the training weeks, new hires get to interact with the digital experience project teams, composed of developers, technical leads, architects, functional analysts and project managers. They also get the opportunity to learn best practices from their colleagues in areas such as custom development, UI/UX design, infrastructure, content migration and software integration.
“The bootcamps are the perfect occasion to promote internal knowledge-sharing around Adobe technologies. Training mentors have experience in coaching and are certified in Adobe applications. Some are also regular writers for the Amplexor blog and speakers at various conferences”, says Isaura Volders, Talent Development Manager at Amplexor.
As Specialized Partner for Adobe Experience Manager, Amplexor considers this continued investment in training new recruits as a stepping stone to additional specialization across the Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions in 2018.
In 2017, the bootcamp program allowed 15 young talented developers from different locations to become top Adobe Experience Manager experts.
