The two ideas can see as far apart as they can get but the question has a simple answer: we need to rethink both. Standard KPIs tend to focus on money, time and quality. Most of the time, these are reported after the fact.  Effective KPIs should provide an opportunity to 'move the needle' and enable transformation. How can we improve outcomes that are more data-driven? In this session, we will challenge and suggest thought-provoking ideas to benchmark the performance of current content and explore data points that align with customer experience and desired business outcomes.

In the ERP industry, her teams pioneered single-sourcing content strategies and built extraordinary integrated global CMS/terminology solutions. As current President of Women in Localization, Loy is committed to the localization industry and the advancement of women within it.  At her side gig - the Global Guild, Loy builds curated industry peer networks – strengthening our leaders and their globalization practices. Today at Workday, Loy’s team is building a Localization and Content CoE to scale and support the company’s expansion goals.

Theresa Heim-Stohler

Senior Operations Manager of Localization, Nike

Theresa has 20+ years of experience in the localization industry. Theresa is a graduate of Monterey Institute of International Studies where she earned a Master’s Degree in German and Russian Translation and Interpretation. 

Yves Lang

With 30 years of experience in the translation and localization arena and, as a dynamic sales executive, he has a proven record of helping major brands with their global content lifecycle, from digital marketing to international expansion. Mark Evenepoel, former Amplexor CEO, now Board Advisor of Acolad

Mark joined euroscript 20 years ago, which was renamed to Amplexor in 2015. Mark previously held senior positions in software development, finance and accounting, business consulting and sales management in the information and communications technology industries. He has been developing and materializing Amplexor’s vision and expanding its presence around the globe, combining acquisitions with organic ventures.
