Case Management on Microsoft 365 - It doesn’t have to be complicated

Tuesday, 9 March 2021 | Online

Trying to automate requests in a traditional workflow is not always an easy task. The standardized business processes often fall short because they aren’t easily adaptable to all different business needs.

That’s when case management can help.

By implementing process within an assistive case management pattern, you can reduce complexity and enable people and technology to work together to deliver business value fast. From onboarding customers, supporting IT incidents through to the management of legal cases, case management is often the perfect fit for when managing a request is not linear and data is both structured and unstructured.

Join Andrew Murphy, Vice President of Sales EMEA at Nintex, to discover the role that case management plays, and how modern low-code technologies are expanding the reach and effectiveness of case management across a whole variety of business use cases and industries, and on multiple platforms such as Microsoft 365.
