Ernest Adriaansz spent the first part of his career in sports and teaching, providing some great life experiences and equipping him greatly when he moved into the technology space in 2005. Since then, Ernest has worked with some of the world's leading technology companies including Microsoft (MSDN & Technet), Dell, Aquia (Drupal) and Oracle. His career journey has provided Ernest the opportunity to work within and learn from a wide range of cultures, having spent time in Ireland, Spain, Belgium, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

Since early 2013, Ernest has worked as an Account Executive at Box, with a range of clients in Box's commercial segment in the Netherlands - to help them build out their cloud content management journey leveraging the Box platform. During this time, Ernest has been a three times award winner in the Sales team. Ernest has the ability to understand technology and the unique application or aspect of the technology that provides differentiation for customers. Ernest is a true collaborator and lives by the mantra "Build Windmills and Remove Walls!"

Jan-Willem Boerhout was born as a retailer's son and is the founder of tND Retail B.V., focusing on ICT management consultancy for retail. In this role he has consulted with the leaders of a long list of national and international retail chains.

Jan-Willem's 30+ years' career has spanned relationship management systems, decision support systems, business intelligence systems and most of all Retail Store Automation. This has taken him to various management and consulting positions at ACNielsen, BSO/Origin and NCR.

He is considered to be an experienced, hands-on, down to earth, humoristic Digital Transformer with focus on Retail.

Bart Willems is an experienced consulting professional with expertise in document management, mobile cross-platform solutions and security. He has a proven track record of successful project implementations and is committed to provide customers with state-of–the-art answers to their needs.

Amplexor holds a strong technical position in the Benelux market with Enterprise Content platforms such as OpenText Documentum software products (D2, xCP, InfoArchive and Captiva), Alfresco, Office 365 and other vertical solutions.
