Leuven, June 2009 – Amplexor, a specialist in enterprise content management (ECM), had an excellent year in 2008. For the fourth year in a row, the Belgian IT company made a profit. In 2008, it also had a turnover of 4 550 000 EUR and a growth rate of 18%.
“2008 was another good year for us,” says Eric Pieters, CEO of Amplexor. “We enjoyed strong growth in our turnover, and we were highly profitable yet again. Our company is growing continuously. Furthermore, we have made a great start to the first quarter of 2009. With the current economic situation, it is obviously tough to make predictions; but this first quarter looks very promising.”
“The demand for Content Management systems remains constant, for both web content management and, more and more, for Enterprise Content Management systems,” adds Eric Pieters. “This demand comes from the private sector and increasingly from the public sector. Amplexor is always seen as a reliable and specialist partner for the award and completion of projects like this.”
Amplexor specialises in Enterprise Content Management, a term that covers many fields. These are just a few examples of the company’s activities: developing intranet architectures, setting up websites for companies with subsidiaries in different countries (multi-country websites), the design and adaptation of collaborative environments (workflow), document management, search technology, and so on.
Amplexor is a specialist in design and development, but its information architects also provide advice, implement partners’ existing software or build links themselves between different applications.
