Alfresco rewards Amplexor with “Partner of the Year” award

Leuven, 20 April 2011 – As is the case every year, Alfresco announced its “Partner of the Year” awards this month. Amplexor has been designated ‘West EMEA Partner of the Year’ for 2010.

Partners are crucial for Alfresco

The choice of which company to crown with the coveted ‘Partner of the Year’ award is determined by revenues generated by new business. Renewed support contracts are not taken into consideration. Philippe Galland, Director Western Europe at Alfresco, explains: “Our partners are key to the success of Alfresco, as they are the ones who take our technology to the client. That is why a ‘Partner of the Year’ is chosen for each region.”

Rewarding Amplexor’s expertise

For the West EMEA region, the Leuven company was up against 50 other partners. Lode Vandermeulen, Sales Manager of Amplexor, notes: “We are of course very happy with this prize. It is a recognition of the work we have done in recent years. We have carried out Alfresco projects at the Flemish Parliament, the Interdisciplinary Institute for Broadband Technology (IBBT), Digipolis and Agfa, among others.

” Alfresco is also satisfied with the winner. “Amplexor has for years been generating very good sales figures. This award recognises their excellent knowledge of ECM technology and the expertise they have built up in this domain over the past ten years”, concludes Philippe Galland.
