Project Manager for Software Solutions

Amplexor is seeking passionate and team-oriented project managers to help build content management solutions for our customers. This includes management of complex websites, document and workflow management and search solutions. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, controlling and leading critical application development which help our customers to differentiate themselves. Amplexor builds enterprise-wide content management solutions for the largest companies in Belgium and Holland. Job Responsibility

  • Start and organise the project activities, plan and lead progress meetings, co-ordinate with the customer all project activities
  • Manage and co-ordinate resources team
  • Quality control of deliverables, including creating test plans and responsibility for executing the tests
  • Budget control throughout the project
  • Help to enhance the Amplexor Project Methodology

Profile

  • You have a degree in computer sciences (university degree or equivalent) and 3 years industry experience.
  • You like working in small teams, but are able to work on your own.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, preferably in English, French and Dutch and you like direct customer contact.
  • Attention to detail, without losing sight of the global customer solution We welcome senior profiles with at least 5 years experience

Technical Requirements

  • You are familiar with software development technologies and project management methods
  • You have a background in several IT fields, including XML technologies, Java or .Net development technologies, knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and database programming.
  • Experience with enterprise content management platforms (Documentum, MS CMS, Sharepoint, Tridion, etc.), knowledge of search/classification tools (FAST, Verity, etc.) or portal software (BEA Weblogic etc.) is a plus
