Consultant-Architect for Content Management Solutions

Analysis and design of software solutions is your dream? Amplexor is seeking experienced consultants and architect to help design content management solutions for our demanding customers. This includes management of complex websites, document and workflow management and search solutions.

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing needs, designing technical architectures and implemention plans.

Amplexor builds enterprise-wide content management solutions for the largest companies in Belgium and The Netherlands.

Job Responsibility

  • Design innovative solutions to customers problems and complex issues  
  • Build and deliver technical solutions (proof of concept) to customers  
  • Produce high quality technical documentation  
  • Develop areas of expertise to broaden company portfolio  
  • Keep track of current trends and new products 
  • Liaison with third parties (suppliers and vendors)  
  • Conduct accurate requirements analysis

Profile

  • You have a degree in computer sciences (university degree or equivalent) and 3 years industry experience. 
  • You like working in small teams, but are able to work on your own. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, preferably in Dutch and English or French and you like direct customer contact.   
  • Attention to detail, without losing sight of the global customer solution

Technical Requirements

  • You are familiar with software development technologies 
  • You have a background in several IT fields, including XML technologies, Java or .Net development technologies, knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and database programming. 
  • It is of course a plus to have experience with enterprise content management platforms (Documentum, MS CMS, Sharepoint, Tridion, etc.), knowledge of search/classification tools (FAST, Verity, etc.) or portal software (BEA Weblogic etc.).
