Amplexor recruits 10 new employees
The ECM specialist offers the young graduates attractive growth prospects
Leuven, 25 September 2007 – Amplexor, a specialist in enterprise content management (ECM), today announced that it is hiring no fewer than ten new employees. They are developers and project managers, both junior and senior. A number of young graduates have also found their first interesting job at Amplexor.
New jobs in keeping with the growth strategy
After taking on two experienced consultants in January 2007, Amplexor was actively looking for new support for the firm. Thanks to its continual growth, it needed to recruit skilled and experienced IT specialists. “Amplexor has continued to expand over recent years and at the start of this year we had already let it be known that we were on the look-out for a dozen or so people,” says Eric Pieters, CEO of Amplexor. “Now that we are in the second half of 2007, we are proud to be able to announce that we have already hired 10 new employees.”
Growth prospects within the company
Amplexor has not limited itself to taking on the services of people who already have experience in the sector. The company also took the initiative to give an opportunity to young IT graduates. Ruben Thys, a Tridion developer at Amplexor, is one of the new young employees. “With my final year of studies, I got a Master’s in information technology and ICT from Hasselt University,” he says. “While looking for my first job, I contacted several different companies before finally settling on Amplexor. They offered me work that is technically highly interesting, the initial contact between us was excellent and the position was described to me extremely well.” Eric Pieters explains Amplexor’s approach: “We wanted to offer young and enthusiastic workers the chance to grow with us quickly in a very innovative environment. Because of our unique position on the ECM market, we are able to provide our employees with the latest technologies – while giving them the time to gain experience through direct contact with our clients.”
