Besides analytic and technological skills and know-how to advise and implement standard or tailor-made solutions, Amplexor also has a well elaborated project management framework that is used as a tool to support its client facing projects.
The Amplexor Project Methodology (APM) facilitates a high level of transparency for all parties involved (including the customer), and puts into place the necessary tools to control and steer the project towards a successful result. This way Amplexor guards a qualitative project progress which targets to fulfil the requirements of the customer in an optimal manner - within the boundaries put forward.

The project manager of Amplexor will monitor and steer the progress as seen from different angles: communication, risk management, scope, planning, budget follow-up, quality assurance and configuration management.
