The management of Amplexor exists of 5 experienced people, of which 2 are original founders:
Eric started his career at Siemens and Siemens-Nixdorf and learned a lot about programming, databases and networking. He co-founded EUnet, the first Belgian commercial ISP and was responsible for sales and marketing. Other ventures included PING, the first ISP for consumers and Eccent, an online insurance broker. In 2002, he joined Amplexor as a part-time consultant and became CEO in 2004.
Lode was founder and owner of Evisor, an IT Integration and web development company, sold to PwC Consulting in 2001. Evisor became part of IBM in 2002 and disappeared as a separate brand. Before returning to Belgium he was Head Of New Media, at Imagination, London, one of Europe's leading design and communications agencies. Lode joined Amplexor in 2004 as sales manager where he and his team are responsible in managing and developing the growing list of Amplexor clients.
Geert started his career as a project leader at VITO where he worked on the creation and development of one of the first web portals in Belgium. In 1996 he moved to Belgacom where he was in charge of the launch and commercialization of the web services department. Three years later, Geert made the switch to BT as an e-commerce manager. Early 2001, he co-founded Amplexor where he currently is in charge of business development.
Roel started his professional career at Periphere (Quadrox) as technical architect for the development of remote client-server applications. The first commercial internet applications were built at the internet security company Ubizen where he was business unit manager of Webcentric Computing. This unit later on was transformed in the independent company Webvion of which Roel was COO from the start. In 2008 he joined Amplexor as Head of Delivery to lead developers, project managers and support team..
Damien started his career at Belgacom, in the incubator division for multimedia & broadband networking, where he was responsible for developing web hosting and internet co-location services for SME's and large companies. Damien then became product manager at Yucom, a belgian ISP, where he launched new internet applications inside Yucom's content portal. In 2001, he co-founded Amplexor and acted as project manager/analist in the delivery of Amplexor's content management projects. Currently, Damien is in charge of the Amplexor Consulting services.
